What this means, is that if we supply an address, and it transpires that the person or company was not at the address at the date that we reported, we will of course conduct a further trace, and/or refund your money.

You should note however that should you request a retrace under our money back guarantee and it transpires that they moved after the date that we reported and we locate them again, a further fee of £75.00 + VAT will become due.

We generally respond with a result in just 12 - 24 hours and this service is covered by our No Trace No Fee policy, and a money back guarantee if we supply incorrect information.
You can choose from extras on the trace form, such as an Affidavit for Court if the result is negative, or placing the individual or company on one of our daily automated watch lists.

Costs for this in field service vary and we will always discuss budgets before we commence our work. In field traces take longer, and do not come under our No Trace No Fee scheme.
